Walk-ins are always welcome for jewelry repair, watch battery replacement, and general questions. For custom jewelry and engagement ring consultations, we recommend booking ahead so we can give you our full attention.

Most custom pieces take 3–5 weeks from design approval to delivery. Engagement rings are the same. We'll give you a specific timeline during your consultation, and we can sometimes accommodate rush requests.

Yes. The Jool is a certified Rolex repair center in Redondo Beach — one of the few in the South Bay. Your Rolex is serviced by a certified technician using correct procedures and parts.
